 This area of our site is intended for use by Medical Doctors and their Employees. Some areas require the use of a username and password to gain access. Please contact us to arrange for assignment of these credentials and personal onsite training.  
 

Faxed Reports

 The standard method of delivering reports just minutes after they are signed is by FAX transmission. Our patient report and tracking system is loaded with each referring physicians requested FAX number or numbers. Please contact us with your FAX number for automated transmission of reports.

 

  
 

Online Reports & Jetscribe Reports

 The Imaging Center is now providing online access to reports just minutes after they are signed. We have two methods to provide this service,  which is determined by your needs. 

The first is our new Imaging Center based system that works for large facilities with multiple doctors who may need to see reports on any patients from their facility. These reports are accessed with the Online Reports button.

The Second  is access to a private proprietary report offered by Jetscribe.  This is useful for individual or small private practices and is the most common setup.

Contact us to setup a username and password for instant access to your reports. We will be happy to come to your office and assist in any way necessary with web browser setup and to provide training on how to get the most out of these services.

 

  
 

Ordering Imaging Services

 The order form is available as a PDF form from this link. PDF Order Form You can also contact us and we can make the appointment directly with your staff while the patient is still in your office. We provide direct contact with the MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography technicians to make scheduling. This insures that all the needed information that the technologist needs is provided for an on time and quality exam.

 

  
 

Imaging Services

 The following is a list of Imaging Services provided by The Imaging Center. If you need additional Imaging services please contact us as we are always adding new services:

  • Digital X-Ray and Fluoroscopy

  • Ultrasound, 2D, 3D, 4D, Vascular, Echo, and Doppler  (2 different machines)

  • Computed Tomography (CT) state of the art post processing for enhanced imaging

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI Open Design) (3 different machines to provide the best imaging based on patient requirements)

  • Nuclear Medicine Thyroid, Bone Scan, Hepatobiliary, Gastric Empty, Renal, Meckels, RNVG/MUGA, Parathyroid

  • Digital Mammography  (full-field)

  • Bone Density scans

  • Image Guided Biopsy and Fine Needle Aspirations  (CT and US guidance)

  • Arthrogram (MRI or CT to follow)

  • Myelograms (CT to follow)

  • Fluoroscopically-guided Pain control (Epidural Steroid Injections, Therapeutic Joint Injections such as hip, SI joint, knee)

  • Electrocardiograms (ECG / EKG)

 

  
 

Professional Services

 Our in house Information Technology servers allows us to transfer images and reports directly into many medical systems like Electronic Medical Records software. Please contact us to discuss options that may be available to further automate and streamline our interface with your practice. Our goal is to provide sooner appointments, sooner imaging, and sooner results.

 

  
 

Film and Digital Data Service Delivery

 We provide film generation using a dry film processor which is a new replacement for older dark-room, wet-film processors. We also provide digital imaging data transfer via CD or DVD ROM using industry standard DICOMDIR format and a supplied Efilm lite Image Viewer. We also push Digital Imaging using DICOM protocol over the Internet. Contact us for setup of your AE Title, Host Address, and Port Number for DICOM Transfer configuration. Our IT staff can also install and setup a DICOM Server and Viewing software at your facility for reception and viewing of Digital Imaging.

We have daily driver delivery of films and CDs in the Lawton Area. You can also contact us to make special arrangements if needed for stat cases.
